Kenya Parliament  Majority Leader Aden Dualle has warned Somalia opposition politicians meeting in Nairobi  that the Uhuru Kenyatta government will not allow the country to be used as a base to destabilize the Horn of Africa country

Speaking at a function Dualle said his government fully supports President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo

“Politicians are allowed to come to Nairobi and relax but they are not allowed to oppose the government from here” Dualle said.

“I want to tell the politicians from Somalia who are in Nairobi that the government of Kenya led by President Uhuru fully supports the government of President Farmaajo and  Kheire. The government of Kenya will not allow that government to be opposed” he added.

“That government is functioning and we trust it so let it be given a chance to work” Dualle said

“Somalia people want to manage the government in informal sittings or through VOA and BBC. That is not possible. It can be managed through unity and prayers to God to give us a stable country”  the Kenyan politician said

“If the term of the current  government ends they will get their time to replace it but we do not want to be told that the Farmaajo’s government is being opposed from Kenya” he added

Dualle who is also the member of parliament for Garissa Township said  Kenya wants to see a peaceful stable Somalia

Radio Dalsan had exclusively reported early this month that opposition politicians led by former President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud had been meeting in Nairobi in a bid to lobby for a vote of no confidence against the Prime Minister Hassan Ali Kheire.
